Arkansas Solar Eclipse Packages
Book your 2024 Arkansas solar eclipse event at the Vines Center! Participate in a
unique experience with lodging, food, and outdoor activities all in one place. At
the Vines Center, all activities take place on our grounds, so you don’t have to fight
traffic, look for a place to eat, or worry about finding a viewing spot. See below
for the two packages that are available and please take note pricing is per person.
Eclipse Package 1: $200.00 per person
Meals that are included in this package begins with Saturday, April 6th dinner, Sunday,
April 7th breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday April 8th breakfast, lunch and dinner,
and Tues, April 9th breakfast only. Continuous Beverages are available throughout
your stay to consist of coffee, fountain drinks, tea and water. One event t-shirt
and one pair of viewing glasses included.
Children under 4 are free.
Eclipse Educational packages: $40.00 per person Full day Sunday and Full day Monday
Family-friendly activities, guided by our staff, will be offered on Sunday and Monday.
Activities will include: canoeing, archery, indoor rock climbing, guided nature hikes,
eclipse-themed science and art projects.
*Educational packages can only be included if the above package is purchased.
Eclipse Package 2: $170.00 per person
Meals that are included in this package begins with Sunday, April 7th lunch and dinner,
Monday, April 8th breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Tues, April 9th breakfast only.
Continuous Beverages are available throughout your stay to consist of coffee, fountain
drinks, tea and water. One event t-shirt and one pair of viewing glasses included.
Educational packages: $30.00 per person 1/2-day Sunday and Full day Monday
Family-friendly activities, guided by our staff, will be offered on Sunday and Monday.
Activities will include: canoeing, archery, indoor rock climbing, guided nature hikes,
eclipse-themed science and art projects.
*Educational packages can only be included if the above package is purchased.
Rooms are $100 per room per night. Bed configuration is 1 full size bed, 2 twins and
a set of bunks. Max capacity per room is 6 people. Lodging is required for the above
packages.
Vines Center amenities include:

A 50% non-refundable deposit of your total is due upon making your reservation and
cancelations under two weeks remaining balance will be charged. Email Marcia Shepard for cancelations. Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
There will be no refunds.
No pets allowed and there is a no alcohol policy during the event.
