for groups looking for top-notch facilities on a limited budget.
To help make your conference and retreat planning as easy as possible, we offer a
Complete Meeting Package (CMP) fee schedule. Charges are per person and are all-inclusive
for all services, so that means no hidden charges or gratuity added and no surprises.
Whether you're looking for a venue for a meeting, conference, retreat or youth event,
the Vines Center has a package plan to fit any budget.
We offer two levels of services and pricing:
Conference services and pricing (download conference PDF)
This package includes full meeting room service with setups and audiovisual equipment,
full food and beverage services and semi and private lodging.
Camping services and pricing (download camping PDF)
This package includes “dorm” lodging with 4 or more to a room, linens provided and
menus selected by our Food Service Manager from our camper menu.
